18 – 22 FEBRUARY 2022 Ever thought you were born in the wrong era and fancy stepping back to a time when life was gentler and when women were elegant and so were the men? Well join Karl Perigo, Kelly Lim Harris, Bonaventure Allan-Moetaua and Paul Carnegie-Jones as we combine this amazing festival with a group of musically minded, mad people.

With the backdrop of the magnificent Art Deco buildings, the beach and the sound shell, like a time machine we are transported back to the 1930’s!

Music concerts from escorts Karl Perigo, Kelly Lim Harris, Bonaventure Allan-Moetaua and Paul Carnegie-Jones including The Dancing Years and It’s Delovely at famous vineyards.

We mix up our own special events with the local festivities presented by the Tremains Art Deco Festival, ranging from private concerts, large scale dinner events, exclusive historic house tours, high tea parties and wine tastings.

We stay at the 4 star Scenic Hotel Te Pania, with its amazing location set on the waterfront so we can enjoy all the fun and flavour of the festival at our doorstep.

FRIDAY 18 FEBRUARY 2022 (HT, D) - Scenic Hotel Te Pania, Napier Highlights Include: • Welcome to Napier and to the incredible Tremains Art Deco Festival ‘22.

We check in with time to freshen up and relax.

Vintage high tea at Mangapapa Homestead, perfectly suited for an elegant affair this afternoon.

Masquerade Ball This magical evening will take place in the Napier War Memorial Centre - enjoy a beautiful meal, Mission Estate Winery wine and fantastic Jazz music to dance the night away.

SATURDAY 19 FEBRUARY 2022 (B, D) Highlights Include: • Time to experience the incredible Art Deco atmosphere. Dress up and wander with entertainment, antique fairs, bands, street stalls and a vintage car parade.

Dinner at our hotel followed by Festival Opera's The Magic Flute at the Napier Municipal Theatre showcasing NZ's finest homegrown talent.

MONDAY 21 FEBRUARY 2022 (B, L, D) Highlights Include: • Our own vintage car tour of Napier this morning plus a guided tour of the central city area, pointing out all the famous Art Deco buildings.

SUNDAY 20 FEBRUARY 2022 (B, L, D) Highlights Include: A morning at leisure to lie in, wander the activities • or go to the special Art Deco church service.

The Gatsby Picnic will be a highlight of the weekend, where in elegant attire we mix with society’s elite, sip Earl Grey tea, partake of heavenly hampers under our canopy or parasols and listen to Karl’s antique gramophone.

Wine tasting and lunch at a vineyard today.

•

Final night dinner, dressing up and entertainment at the Mission Estate with It’s Delovely.

TUESDAY 22 FEBRUARY 2022 (B) This morning we have breakfast at the hotel before making our way to the Airport for our flights home around New Zealand, full of wine, food and fantastic memories of our Art Deco Weekend.

Dinner and our own exclusive concert at the Church Road Winery Cellar entitled The Dancing Years. Time to dress up, hurrah!

GENTLE TOUR This tour will suit most people, even with a stick or a walker, but sorry not someone in a wheelchair. The activity level is gently paced, but you still need to be able to get on and off buses easily. There will be walking, but not a lot.
