TUESDAY 28 MARCH 2023 (L, D) Highlights Include: • After our flight we head toward the iconic Surry Hills restaurant, The Winery for a shared lunch and a chance to get to know each other.

•

After lunch we will see some further sights of Sydney before we make our way to The Langham Hotel which is our home for the next six nights.

•

Tonight we present the welcome dinner and concert from our hosts entitled, I’m in Love with Vienna waltzes, ballads and famous songs from Vienna.

WEDNESDAY 29 MARCH 2023

State Theatre

(B, L) Highlights Include: • Today, we’re off to surely one of the most beautiful harbours in the world. We enjoy a scrumptious three hour long lunch as we relax while cruising Sydney Harbour.

Highlights Include: • Today we travel to the magnificent State Theatre where we are lucky enough to have a private backstage ‘Palace of Dreams Tour’.

Then it is time for some touring and shopping at leisure.

•

This evening we transfer to the Rocks area for an early dinner before the first of our stage shows, Hairspray at the Sydney Lyric Theatre.

Then it’s off to one of the highlights of our week the Handa Opera on the Harbour. A spectacular event where we enjoy confirmed premium seats (best in house) for Madama Butterfly directly in front of the stage of the opera, fireworks, a festival atmosphere and all with the backdrop of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

THURSDAY 30 MARCH 2023

(B, L)

Highlights Include: We will be transferred by coach to Estate Vaucluse • House. Our drive this morning takes us through Sydney’s ritzy Harbour side suburbs of Rushcutters Bay, Double Bay and Piper’s Point and past the Royal Sydney Golf Club.

We then enjoy a tour of the house followed by a sumptuous long lunch at the estate’s iconic historic tearooms, before free time for a selfguided wander of the property gardens.

The evening is free to meet friends or discover one of the many restaurants in Sydney.

FRIDAY 31 MARCH 2023

SATURDAY 1 APRIL 2023 (B) Highlights Include: • Today there’s time for relaxing, shopping or meeting friends.

This evening Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Capitol Theatre.

SUNDAY 2 APRIL 2023

Highlights Include: • Today we transfer for a day cruise to the beautiful Brisbane Waters and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch.

We will be provided an expert commentary by the Ship Master about the history of the area, which is a blend of residential and hinterland as we cruise the majestic Brisbane Waterways.

•

We meet up again for our final night gala dinner with music presented by our hosts entitled, From Opera to Popera, celebrating the most famous opera, light opera and ballads sung by the likes of Mario Lanza, Josh Groban, Sarah Brightman, the Three Tenors and Hayley Westenra. What a wonderful way to round off our Sydney Opera Extravaganza!
