We offer two ways to design & order — online at your own convenience, or side-by-side with a dedicated embroidery expert.
SELF-SERVICE CHECKOUT
1. Start by browsing our products online at luckystitch.com
2. Upload your logo using our online designer, then tweak your design by adding text, previewing fabric colors, and more.
3. Place your order at your convenience and one of our embroidery experts will review your design. We’ll email you final artwork mockups for you to approve before your order goes into production.
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE OUR SPECIALTY
WORK WITH AN EMBROIDERY EXPERT
1. Connect with our support team by emailing us at hello@luckystitch.com
2. You’ll collaborate with your account manager to get your design exactly the way you want it. We’ll mock up your design and provide as many revisions as necessary.
3. Your account manager will finalize your order and send it off to production. We’ll keep you informed as your order makes its way through our production lines.
