EXPECTATION - TEAM PLAYERS AT KELLETT Practice and play with enthusiasm, and think carefully about how the technique & skills that you are taught can be put in practice.

Punctuality to games, training and match day is paramount.

On time is late!

Every games session, training session or match, work with the highest levels of intensity and be competitive.

Self reflection & goal setting post and pre-session. What did I do well? Even better if? One to two key performance predictors.

Resilience. Keep working and trying to help reach max performance gains.

Focus and believe in yourself and in everything that you do.

Respect your teammates in all areas of performance, and conduct yourself in a respectful manner, win, lose or draw.

Always speak to your coach (preferably in person) if you cannot attend a scheduled event, or notify them by email at least 24hrs beforehand.

Behave at all times with selfdiscipline, on and off the field.
