Order Minimums

Minimum opening order is $99.

Minimum reorders are $75.

Minimum order quantities per item are listed on product pages.

Payment Terms

Payment in full must be received before shipping unless other arrangements are made. . Keller Design Co accepts payment by credit card, check or PayPal. We do not accept COD payments. Please make checks payable to:

LEAD TIME & SHIPPING

Keller Design Co does everything we can to stock items for immediate delivery and ship within 7 business days. In the event an item is out of stock or for large orders, you will be notified when it’s back and ready to ship. Usually, within 2-4 weeks.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon discount. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS to get the best possible shipping rates.

Substitutions

Due to the current strains and obstacles our supply chains are experiencing, there may be some substitutions in paper stock, stickers, threads or other material components. Keller makes every effort to provide consistency in colors and quality. I will contact you if there is any need for a substitution.

BACK ORDERS:

I make every effort to keep all products in stock ready to ship. In the event a product is out of stock you’ll be notified immediately. Arrangements can be made to hold order until complete or to ship as is. Once an item is back in stock, you will be notified, and payment can be made.

Returns

Generally Keller Design Co does not accept returns unless they are shipped in error or damaged. All damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order for exchange or refund. Products that have been damaged while on display at your shop are not eligible for exchange or refund. Please submit photos of the package and damaged product via email to: Amy@KellerDesignCo.com.

PRODUCT AND PACKAGING:

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as single cards.

ONLINE SHOPS:

If Keller Design Co. products are sold in your on-line shop, you must credit Keller Design Co. in the listing. Accounts may not utilize national/ global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.
