① Go to I-94 official site（https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/ home）and click 「Get Most Recent I-94」.
② Accept the Terms of Service. Scroll down [Termsof Service ] and click「I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE」.
③ Enter Your Travel Information. Fill in the required fields: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Country of Citizenship, Document Number (e.g., passport number)then click[Continue].
④ Review Your Most Recent I-94 Record.Carefully check the following details: Arrival/Issue Date, Class of Admission (F-1, E or L :Visa Type), Admit Until Date (Should show D/S for F-1 visa holders).
⑤Report Any Issues if you cannot find your record within one week, or you notice any incorrect information. Please contact the Visa Support Team at: visa@keio.edu

Should show D/S for F-1 visa holders, Should show the expiration date for E or L visa holders.

The I-94 admission record cannot be found.
The old passport number is listed.
The arrival or issue date is incorrect.
The Class of Admission(the visa type) is incorrect.
