If you’ve never done a block of the month before, we encourage you to try one! With a variety of sizes, styles, colors, and prices, there is something for everyone in these pages. BOMs are Keepsake’s most popular clubs. Each month savvy members receive Block of the Month fabric and a pattern to build a beautiful quilt, one block or section a month. The results are gorgeous quilts and ecstatic quilters! HAPPY MAIL You get something in the mail every month just for you! Each month you will receive everything to make one block at a time, including all of the fabrics, instructions, and patterns. AFFORDABILITY Blocks are charged one at a time, so you don’t have to pay for the whole expense of the quilt kit up front. The 2024 Beauty and the Batik
Keepsake Challenge! We’re reintroducing a long-time customer favorite—the Keepsake Challenge! We’re asking you to create a Beauty and the Batik wall quilt. Emphasize the gorgeous color variations in some of the Challenge fabrics to create a modern masterpiece or traditional design, the possibilities are endless. You can use any technique you wish to create your Beauty and the Batik Quilt—let your artistry be your guide!

The 1st Place winner will receive a $300 Gift Certificate. The 2nd Place winner will receive a $200 Gift Certificate. The 3rd Place winner will receive a $100 Gift Certificate. Staff Favorite A $100 Gift Certificate will be awarded to the quilter whose quilt is the favorite of the Keepsake Quilting Staff. We will also give $50 honorable mention gift certificates. Challenge entries may be original or traditional designs or a combination of both, with a finished size of 30" x 30". You must use at least four fabrics from the Challenge Medley and may add one or two fabrics of your own selection. All entries must be received at Keepsake Quilting by August 1st, 2024. Complete rules and entry form will be sent with your Challenge Medley. Quilts will be judged on workmanship, creativity, design and use of color. The decision of the judges will be final.
