Andrew, from the moment I met you, I knew you were going to be something special. You have completely transformed my life and I will be eternally grateful that you have chosen me to be your wife. Andrew, welcome to this crazy, wild, unpredictable but loving Wilford/Doig clan. You have been a son in law to us for quite some time now and we love you as one of our own. We can joke that you are a brave man to take on this feisty, stubborn but loyal and amazing woman but after 6 years of courtship, I think you have sussed it out by now! I know the day when you fell in love with Zara, the day you came to her first capstone performance at Ara and heard her perform. We sat behind you and when you turned around with tears in your eyes after Zara sang, I knew she had won your heart. We welcome you to our family and will always be here to support you – especially when you give us grandchildren!

Sister of the Bride Having a sister is like having a best friend that you go to for everything, and that’s what you are for me Zara. For happiness, sadness, excitement, advice, whatever it may be you’re pretty much the first person I always go to. Unless I’m not in the mood for honesty. Andrew and Zara have built such a great team together and I have so much love for you both as husband and wife. We welcome you and your family into ours with open arms. I wish only the best for you both and I can’t wait to see your future build together..

Father of the Bride Zara, we are so proud of you and what a talented and confident lady you have become and we look forward to watching your relationship flourish as you move forward as a married couple. You have a very bright future together – both with good jobs and a good work ethic, along with continued support and love from Chris and Julie and Rachel and myself. Maid of Honour The two of you make an incredible team. I have always admired the way you constantly challenge each other to be better.

Bride’s speech Andrew - My husband, I love you so much. I can’t imagine traveling this road with anyone else. I am so lucky to call you my husband. I know I can always depend on you for support, you are my best friend and ally, and I am so excited for our future together.

Groom’s speech Zara, I knew you were the one. There’s not many girls that I can sit and watch 5 consecutive days of cricket with me, tolerate at least one song each by Korn and Rammstein, or throw me a surprise party which is still single handedly the nicest thing anyone’s done for me. We have and will continue to set life goals, and we will continue to smash them. We will grow together as a team. I promise to keep our life full of good music and dancing, laughter, amazing friends and family, and even eventually make beautiful babies, emphasis on the making. To me this is a simple recipe for a life of happiness together. We’re all looking for someone, that perfect girl, who can take our hand and help us see the world.
