One-bowl classic honey cake

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1.5 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup quality honey
3/4 cup oil
1 cup of coffee
3 eggs
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Dissolve coffee in water and set aside to chill.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, honey, oil and eggs.
Mix well and then add the coffee and mix until fully combined.
Grease baking pan (9x13 baking pan or a bundt pan).
Bake for 40 minutes.
