Description:
Construction of the new Design-Build 12-storey post-tensioned Car Park structure which caters for over 900 carpark spaces, located at the corner of Richmond Street and Independence Square POS.
This carpark was the first multi-storey Post-Tensioned structure in Trinidad and Tobago.
The use of modern technology, Symons Garage Beam Form systems produced an efficient car park structure with 60’-0’” spans and minimal columns allows for more car park spaces.

Description: Project consists of the construction of a multi-storey carpark on the compound of the San Fernando General Hospital.
The structure will be eight (8) levels high from Lady Hailes Avenue, inclusive of a basement level and two (2) levels high inclusive of roof level parking from the level of the existing upper hospital carpark and has an overall floor area of 316,440 ft² (29 398m²).
The Carpark will provide for 1000 parking spaces with allowances and allocation for differently-abled parking in the existing hospital park.

Two storey-building masonry structure that presently houses an assembly hall, classrooms and administrative offices. It was completed in 1904 and was restored to accommodate its existing functions
The building is listed as a Grade 1 building – where there should be no change nor alteration to its shape or form nor in or upon any material object Structural repairs to Hall Balcony, replacing of floor joists, concrete slabs, structural works to basement below Assembly Hall, repairs to roof timbers gutters restoration to floors, walls and ceiling and fit out new washroom facilities etc.
