The PG3 Inswing Glass Clamp is a design #316 stainless steel fitting to enable a side pull lock D&D type to be mounted on to a glass gate & to friction clamp onto an existing toughened glass 90 deg side panel without the need for glass hole in the toughened side panel. Gate glass requires holes for safety. It is a unique design that assists installers to use a side panel of glass without the PG3F OUTSWING SSS / need for mounting holes in the glass. The Clamp PG3F OUTSWING PSS is held onto the glass by tightening the allen head Available in Satin & Mirror grub screw, which in turn pushed the compression plate against the glass so as to hold the PG3 Inswing clamp fitting in a fixed state panel. Wet seal around clamp after installation, for added adhesion and for aesthetics. ********Refer to the drawing below for fixed glass set out to enable glass lines up with gate. NB: Ensure fixed glass is structural, and does not flex as this may cause magna latch to disengage unlocking gate.

of the product; (c) any act or circumstance beyond D&D’s control including tampering, unauthorized repairs, misuse, abuse, accident, damage in transit, damage caused by animals or natural events; (d) this warranty is personal to the original purchaser of the product or to the first consumer where the product has been installed by a contractor for the benefit of the consumer and may not be assigned without D&D’s, prior written consent. 5.This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is given in addition to and is not intended to replace or deny the purchaser or any other person any rights it may have under any statute.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Subject to the conditions and limitations set out below, D&D Technologies warrants that for so long as the original purchaser of a product manufactured by D&D owns that product (the Product) it will be free from all defects due to faulty design, materials or workmanship. 2. If a defect in the Product appears the purchaser must advise D&D within 14 days of discovering the defect and return the defective item, comprising either the Product or a defective components of the Product (the item), to D&D or its agent, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase whereupon D&D will, at its option and cost, repair or replace the defective item with the same or an equivalent product or component. D&D will not be liable for labour or any other costs associated with the dismantling, return or reassembly of the Product or any frame or structure to which it is affixed. 3. This warranty does not apply in respect of defects due to or arising from: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) the failure to follow any procedures specified or recommended by D&D for the installation, operation and maintenance
6. In Australia, to the extent permitted under the Trade Practices Act (the Act) and equivalent legislation, if the purchaser is a “consumer” for the purposes of section 4B of the Act, D&D’s liability for breach of any term implied by Part V, Division 2 of the Act (other than by section 69 of the Act) will be limited to and may be fully discharged; at D&D’s option, as follows: (a) if the breach relates to the supply of goods, the replacement, repair of the goods; or (b) if the breach relates to the supply of services, the supply of those services again of the cost of having those services supplied again. 7. Except as expressly set out or specifically referred to in this warranty: (a) all other warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, in relation to the product and its merchantability, fitness for purpose and the like are expressly denied and excluded or, if they cannot lawfully be excluded, are limited in their application to the maximum extent possible at law; and (b) D&D will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (includ-ing consequential loss or damage and loss of profits) arising from the supply, condition or use of the product and whether as a result negligence on the part of D&D, its employees agents or contractors or otherwise. some states do not allow the exclusion may not apply to you.
