KM: Please tell us about yourself My name is Khushboo Vijay. I am from Ranchi, Jharkhand, India, presently pursuing my Studies and learning new things are taking challenges as a new experiences. I am a Professional Model as well as a Dancer, a Beauty Pageant Title holder, also National and International Award holder. I always took myself as a learner wherever I go. My hobbies are Music, Dance, Photography and I love pets alot. I am Hard worker, Committed, Dynamic, Motivated, Honest and Attentive.

KM: Tell us about your pageant journey. When you start competing and how many titles have you won. I belong to a small city, where the society don't think pageants is a good field. It took a lot of courage and determination for me to take my stand and move forward. The only thing that kept me moving forward was my positive attitude and belief in myself. I have started my Pageant journey in the Year 2018 with my first National Level Pageant. I won that title and got the opportunity to represent my Country in an International platform. Following are the titles won till yet - Winner Miss Tourism Universe World 2019, 1st Runner Up Miss International World 2019, Top - 10 Miss International Global 2019, Winner Miss India International Global 2018, Winner Miss Super Model Jharkhand 2017 Awards received till yet - India Star Proud Award 2019, Prestigious Indian Of The Year 2019, International Icon Awardee 2020

KM: What is your current title? Your journey through to winning your current title. Did you expect to be called? The current title I am holding is of Miss Tourism Universe World 2019. My journey though this title is full of ups and downs from me. At times situations were like I won't be able to represent. but I kept on believing myself and my positive attitude made me kept on moving further. And finally after all those circumstances, I made my way out to represent my country. And performed my best. I wasn't expecting to be called, because everyone there had been their best throughout the journey. But was believing that I have my best and whatever the result might be I won't feel low. I will accept the decision of the judges, and even if I fail, I won't stop. I will keep on working on myself. But as soon as my name was announced, it was like I am in cloud nine. That feeling can't be expressed in words. The journey is worth remembering throughout my lifetime. And I would like to thank each and everyone out there who had been the part of my journey.

KM: What are some of your greatest achievements? Participating in Beauty Pageant is an achievement in itself. It takes immense courage and determination to be a part of an International Pageant. I am thankful to my Groomers because only big hearted people can help others recognize their talent and polish it. As a winner I have to more careful about my words, actions and behavior since now I have became a Public Figure.

KM: What was it like being on an international stage for the first time? Being on an International Stage for the First time for me is just like a dream come true. As I always wanted to represent my Country India at International platform. And getting a chance standing there from billions of people is itself a great feeling. Being on an International Stage made me more confident about myself, it made me a different person. A person with a vision and goals. Now I speaks about the Brand Story, I speak the Truth, champions Justice, promotes Freedom, demonstrates Kindness, embraces Beauty and lives with a Purpose.

KM: As a tourism ambassador in India, what plans do you have in promoting culture and tourism of your country? As a Tourism Ambassador in India I have more responsiblities, people expect me as the Queen to present India and its rich culture and the beauty in the best way possible on the International Arena. I would like to empower the Women and Youth, and to be engaged in Social Work to uplift the underprivileged and to help bring about a change in the society and the country.

KM: What do you think gave you an edge over other contestants that place you where you are? Beauty catches the attention, but character catches the heart. People always forget the losers, whereas the winners are always remembered. If we get to learn a person better we can actually learn how beautiful they are. The overly layered makeup and long handing curls won't make girls prettier. Their influential talk and character and attitude are a must that I think they must bear apart from the life in lights and magazines. These are the little things that makes big difference as a person. And I believe in winning Hearts.

KM: Which people or brands do you wish to associate or work with? In my view, a Beauty Pageant is about empowerment. I would like to associate or work with such Brands or People which will help me in empowering others such as Women and Youth. I would like to spread positive information and awareness among people as a Role Model. And wont to become a well known face in this field. My first priority is making society a better place to live in. Though it is not my sole responsibility. but now people look up to me as a Role Model/Idol, so this will make a difference.
