• Sustainability Planning: Address the need for clear sustainability targets and effective implementation of goals. Challenges include engaging local businesses under strict regulations and achieving ambitions like fair trade and eco-friendly products.
• Compensation and Local Projects: Introduce compensation schemes for climate responsibility, funding local projects to enhance sustainability.
• Social Sustainability: Prioritize fan safety, sustainable procurement, and workers' rights, while recognizing cultural sources of political mobilization at major sports events (ex: football)
• Transportation and Logistics: Focus on transportation as a major sustainability effort and address logistics and procurement challenges.
