Get Moving aim for 60 minutes of physical activity every day - play a sport, ride bikes or jump rope - there are many ways to move!

Try a Variety of Fruits and Vegetables

“Eat the Rainbow,” to get lots of colors and types of fruits and veggies Fresh, Frozen, or even canned in light syrup - all are great choices to keep offering to kids

Be a Role Model: Turn off the TV to connect at mealtime. Include kids in choosing foods while shopping and in creating meals to be shared. Peeling, measuring, they can help!
