Who are we?
Procurement Services is a part of Commercial Services Group and we are wholly owned by Kent County Council. We are part of one of the largest local authority trading organisations in the UK and a leading supplier of procurement frameworks.
How are we compliant?
• All of our public sector frameworks created before 24th February 2025 are PCR 2015 compliant, in line with UK and EU purchasing regulations.
• All of our frameworks, launched after the 24th February 2025, are compliant to the new Procurement Act 2023 standards.

Salary Sacrifice Scheme
A salary sacrifice scheme is an employee benefit where an individual agrees to exchange part of their salary in return for a non-cash benefit, in this instance, an electric car. Once an individual accepts a salary sacrifice their overall pay is lower, so they would pay less tax and national insurance.
