• 2 oz Rieger Whiskey • 1/2 oz simple syrup • Juice of 1 whole lemon • Egg whites from 1 large egg 1. Put all contents into martini shaker and shake the contents without ice 2. Add ice and shake contents vigorously with ice. 3. Strain contents into a highball glass filled with ice. 4. Top the cocktail with a red wine float. Preferably a light to medium bodied fruit forward red wine. To do this slowly pour the red wine float over the back of a bar spoon over the cocktail. Garnish with a large lemon twist. 132

You will need to budget for tipping those making your big day perfect. We’ve put together a guide to help you! catering + bar service: If your contract does not have gratuity built in, you should expect to tip 15-20% of the total bill. Likewise, with your bar service, you should plan to tip 10% of the total bill. photography + videography: You should tip the main photographer/ videographer $50-$200 for the evening. If there are additional shooters, you should plan for an additional $50-$100 each. music: Your DJ can keep your reception running smoothly and your guests entertained. A 10-15% tip is standard. Band members should be tipped $30$50 each. floral + decor: Florists create handcrafted designs for your wedding. An appropriate tip is 10-15% of the total cost.
