SAFETY At Trimbuilt Construction, safety is not just a priority—it is a core value embedded in every aspect of our operations. Our comprehensive safety program includes mandatory OSHA training, high-quality personal protective equipment, regular equipment maintenance, and rigorous site safety measures. By adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations and continuously seeking improvements, we foster a culture of safety that protects our employees, trade partners, and clients. Our exceptional safety record, including an exemplary Experience Modification Rate (EMR) well below industry standards and no lost-time incidents for many years, is a testament to our unwavering commitment to safety. To maintain this high standard, our site superintendents conduct daily and weekly safety evaluations, including "Tool-Box Talks" and job hazard assessments. We also partner with ESC Safety Consultants, a third-party safety consultancy, for unannounced weekly inspections and evaluations of all job sites, ensuring compliance and performance. ESC Safety provides in-person OSHA training to our superintendents, project managers, field staff, and workforce, further strengthening our protocols. Our subcontractor selection process emphasizes safety, requiring detailed reviews of their safety programs, EMR history, and any pending insurance claims or litigation. This diligence ensures all partners share our safety-first approach. Trimbuilt’s dedication to safety extends beyond regulatory compliance. We hold companywide monthly safety meetings to address evolving challenges, and all superintendents are OSHA-30 certified. Every employee attends mandatory safety orientations and regular safety meetings to reinforce our shared responsibility for maintaining a safe workplace. Our Site-Specific Safety Plan, developed for active projects, exemplifies the detail and effort we invest in each job site. By integrating robust training, thorough evaluations, and a collaborative focus on safety with all stakeholders, Trimbuilt exemplifies industryleading standards in workplace safety.

These in-house capabilities allow us to tightly control project timelines and quality, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. We recognize the importance of meeting our clients’ commitments and deadlines, and by integrating these services, we streamline processes and deliver exceptional results that align with our clients’ goals.

74,000 SQFT GUT & REBUILD COMPLETED 08/18/2023 $14,235,551.60 FINAL COST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project was a complete demolition and remodel of 6 floors. The scope included office areas, exam rooms, treatment facilities, and a pharmacy. As it is directly next to I-35, safety was a main concern for the owner. When replacing the exterior stairs, which spanned all six floors, we constructed security fencing around it. In addition, the building was made fully-secure and access was restricted to authorized personnel throughout the project. Interior demolition can uncover underlying problems within older buildings. This particular structure had a hidden leak, which with time had rusted its support beams. We brought in a forensic engineer to investigate them, and they were ultimately replaced with new steel beams. This, along with fireproofing and ADA corrections throughout, brought the decades old building up to code.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project for the Travis County Tax Office was a bold transformation, involving the complete gut and rebuild of a nearly 50,000-square-foot building. The renovation required extensive plumbing and the creation of numerous offices and cubicles. The waiting room and lobby feature an open ceiling with suspended wood ceiling grids, exposed ductwork, and metal grid frosted glass walls, balancing privacy and openness. Additional features include a secure vault room, special LED lighting, a new cooling tower, and a chilled water HVAC system for efficiency. Trimbuilt self-performed 30% of the work, including drywall, doors, frames and hardware, acoustical ceilings, and general carpentry, ensuring quality and timely delivery of this extensive transformation.

46,228 SQFT FINISH-OUT COMPLETED 06/06/2019 $6,589,463 FINAL COST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Transforming a 46,000 square foot Walmart into a cutting-edge laboratory and office space for Corning pushed the possibilities of adaptive reuse. This project, completed in just three months, involved installing advanced structures like air compressors, chill-water and deionizing systems. Challenges came with managing the electrical loads of these MEP systems, as well as connecting them throughout the laboratories. Meeting the needs of the scientists and keeping in line with compliance codes required extensive mapping and a long approval process. Our solution was to select experienced and qualified subcontractors, who were able to work collectively in organized pull meetings during the preconstruction phase.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Cherry Bekaert trusted us with a complete demolition and finish out of the 19th floor in Chase Tower. All other floors were occupied and operational during this time, posing a welcomed challenge for the team. The final result features a clean color palette accented by vibrant pops of color. 12,543 SQFT REMODEL COMPLETED 02/28/2023 $1,711,833.34 FINAL COST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Class-A Office remodel transformed CDK Global’s space into a flexible and collaborative environment. The scope covered a coffee lounge, huddle rooms, break rooms and open office spaces. The design featured a clean, modern aesthetic with wood accents and a mix of both open ceilings and acoustical ceiling tile. One key feature was an extra-wide, full glass overhead door, that connected the private conference room to an open training area. Staying under budget was a key priority for the owner, so extensive value engineering was practiced, exploring what alternatives could be implemented. Despite this, we were able to acquire stunning specialty lights, meeting room schedule interface tablets, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and bathroom wall tiling.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Building 7 started out as a warehouse and was converted into an office space with new restrooms, breakrooms, private offices and open workspaces. In the process of the transformation, we demolished and replaced all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. New structural framing allowed for the installation of windows and the building was brought up to code by the erection of two structural staircases. The office areas were created to be flexible workspaces with the interchangeability of the modular walls installed. Other items installed included new flooring, fresh paint, updated ceilings throughout, as well as the integration of an advanced security system and access control measures.
