We set ourselves apart in the construction industry by providing solutions to today’s construction demands. Efficient, on-time delivery of finished products is necessary in fast-paced project schedules. We go beyond industry standards by providing an exceptional eye for detail, inspiring beautiful collaborations of expert teams, and utilizing our deep, historical understanding of construction processes and project delivery.

Our in-house teams are our strongest allies. With an in-house drywall team, we can respond nimbly to the ebbs and flows of a project’s rhythm, immediately deploying our professionals at the exact moment of need.

Deep connections and well-established relationships with support networks, such as City of Austin building inspectors, ensures every angle is covered, providing for the most efficient process of QA/QC.

SAFETY

At Trimbuilt Construction, safety is not just a priority—it is a core value embedded in every aspect of our operations. Our comprehensive safety program includes mandatory OSHA training, high-quality personal protective equipment, regular equipment maintenance, and rigorous site safety measures. By adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations and continuously seeking improvements, we foster a culture of safety that protects our employees, trade partners, and clients. Our exceptional safety record, including an exemplary Experience Modification Rate (EMR) well below industry standards and no lost-time incidents for many years, is a testament to our unwavering commitment to safety.

To maintain this high standard, our site superintendents conduct daily and weekly safety evaluations, including "Tool-Box Talks" and job hazard assessments. We also partner with ESC Safety Consultants, a third-party safety consultancy, for unannounced weekly inspections and evaluations of all job sites, ensuring compliance and performance. ESC Safety provides in-person OSHA training to our superintendents, project managers, field staff, and workforce, further strengthening our protocols. Our subcontractor selection process emphasizes safety, requiring detailed reviews of their safety programs, EMR history, and any pending insurance claims or litigation. This diligence ensures all partners share our safety-first approach.

Trimbuilt’s dedication to safety extends beyond regulatory compliance. We hold companywide monthly safety meetings to address evolving challenges, and all superintendents are OSHA-30 certified. Every employee attends mandatory safety orientations and regular safety meetings to reinforce our shared responsibility for maintaining a safe workplace. Our Site-Specific Safety Plans, developed for active projects, exemplify the detail and effort we invest in each job site. By integrating robust training, thorough evaluations, and a collaborative focus on safety with all stakeholders, Trimbuilt exemplifies industryleading standards in workplace safety.

IN-HOUSE DRYWALL

Trimbuilt Construction started as a drywall company before evolving into a full-service, general construction firm in 1984. We’ve continued to self-perform drywall scopes, which gives us a key advantage in driving project schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring superior quality.

In addition to drywall, Trimbuilt offers a range of in-house services, including interior demolition, general carpentry, doors/frames/ hardware, and acoustical ceiling tile installation. Handling these scopes ourselves ensures both timeliness and a superior finished product.

For faster turnarounds, our 7,000 sq. ft. warehouse is available to keep essential materials on hand. We recognize the importance of meeting our clients’ commitments and deadlines, and by integrating these services, we streamline processes and deliver exceptional results that align with our clients’ goals.

TEMPLE BLDG A

3210 E. Avenue H, Temple, TX 76501

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

For this project, we added a 11,000 sqft pre-engineered metal building to an existing structure. A roof hugger system was added on top of both buildings to seamlessly match their appearance. Inside of the new section, we added 35 offices, open work areas, huddle rooms, conference rooms, a large break area inside and a canopy-covered break area outside. After construction was finished on that end, we went back into the existing area and updated finishes throughout to blend with the new addition.

TC EVIDENCE WAREHOUSE

3416 Bill Price Rd., Del Valle, TX 78617

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We constructed a 20,000 square-foot facility, with 10,000 square-foot warehouse dedicated to storing valuables. The remaining half of the building houses lab and office spaces. The facility was built at an existing Travis County Correctional Complex, which presented unique scheduling and logistical challenges. The structure is made of insulated tilt-up concrete wall panels, and all 50 unique tilt-up panels were constructed on-site before being placed in their final positions. Careful coordination was required to integrate the Sheriff’s security systems and specialized equipment needed for evidence intake, processing, and storage. The project also included comprehensive site development and is on track to receive a LEED certification.
