What a wonderful term we have had at KentCollegeDubai.Wearesodelightedto sharesomeofthesehighlightswithyouin this term’s newsletter. A huge congratulations and thanks to all who participated in our production of The Little Red Hen. The students and teachers worked tirelessly and it resulted in a wonderful performance! The Expos in all year groups have been particularly enjoyable and it has been marvellous to note the enthusiasm and love for learning acrossallyeargroups.Wearesoproudof your hard work! We are delighted to see all our Junior Dukes participants working so diligently to complete their awards. My Teaching Career
I have been a teacher for many, many years and currently my favorite topic to teach is English because I enjoy the children sparkling with excitement when they have used powerful language. The old school that i used to teach were based in the UK in the South West of the country. My favorite part about teaching in general and in KCD is learning about the different cultures of children and staff.
What do I do in my spare time?

What do I do in my spare time?

Hello my name Is Amy Diez and here are some of my favourite things. I am from England even though my favourite food is paella. Some of my hobbies I like to do are walking, hiking and travelling to new places. I would love to visit Rio one day. My favourite game (board game to be exact) is Monopoly, my goal in life is to be happy.
My Teaching Career
I love teaching though i have to say my favourite subject to teach is connected learning or maths because connected learning is interesting and math is fun.My class is nice and very funny.I have taught for nearly 20 years in schools in England, Malaysia, Spain and now Dubai. I have taught from FS2 to year6butIprefertoteachyears4,5and6.
What do I do in my spare time?
My favourite movie growing up was the goonies. In my spare time i play tennis and traveling. My talent is doing art (flowers). I also loveeeee theme parks and water parks. I send lots of time with my three children who keep me very busy! I also read lots of books. I am a big Harry Potter fan!
