In fall 2016, the Kansas City Design Center, in collaboration with Scarritt Renaissance Neighborhood Association, Mattie Rhodes Center, and LISC, conducted an urban vision and design study project for the Scarritt Renaissance neighborhood area in Northeast Kansas City, MO. The purpose of this project was to generate a comprehensive study at a range of different scales, focal points, and details encompassing the following: an urban vision plan, conceptual site and infill design studies, and infill building design propositions.
