Causes & Effects

In order to properly understand the physical and environmental makeup of the site, a series of analyses were conducted to pull apart and examine the characteristics of the area. These analyses quickly revealed the disconnected nature of the site, as well as many other major issues that would need to be addressed by the studio’s later design proposals. In this section, the most significant issues have been brought to the forefront, presenting not only an overview of the site itself but also providing an introduction to the often complex problems that plague the area.
