Communications & Marketing Associate MacDowell, America's first multidisciplinary artist residency program, seeks a part-time Communications & Marketing Associate (CMA) who will be based in our Peterborough, New Hampshire office. The CMA supports the Communications Department by coordinating the external communications calendar; researching and maintaining our online artist index; gathering and creating content for eNews, newsletters, annual report, and other communications collateral; and editing short videos. The CMA will also assist in increasing the accessibility of our website. This is a hands-on position involving planning, strategy, and support of our small, fastpaced communications department.

This position requires 2-5 years of related experience; strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills; the ability to prioritize and solve problems; and a facility for understanding and effectively communicating diverse viewpoints. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required; some experience with Photoshop and Premiere is preferred.

Compensation: Base schedule is 20 hours a week, $18-22 per hour depending on experience; part-time, non-exempt; benefits include paid time off and employer contributions to 403(b) plan.
