This dynamic individual will be responsible for third shift (or 2nd) department operations, employee supervision and will assist in the facilitation of planning for personnel, machines, equipment, and purchasing of supplies/raw materials. Position requires demonstrated leadership, providing coaching, training, mentoring and direction to employees to achieve department and company goals and metrics. Must use considerable judgment to work independently toward resolutions and devise new and modify existing methods, techniques and procedures to meet production requirements. Educate and train personnel in relation to their job functions, as well as maintain established housekeeping practices.
Associate’s Degree is preferred with a minimum of 5 years progressive supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Duties include initiating and working on projects to improve quality, productivity and reduce costs. Experience with CNC programming, tool design, computers, lean manufacturing and Six Sigma helpful. BSME or equivalent preferred, with 5 years experience in a metal working manufacturing environment.

Currently has an established staffed day program Monday-Friday and planned respite available as well.
Responsibilities: Assist individuals with daily living skills, including personal hygiene, routines, housekeeping, nutrition, and cooking. Develop and implement routines that promote skill-building, community participation, and relationship -building. Provide transportation to appointments, shopping trips, and community activities. Manage schedules for medical, dental, and other necessary appointments. Coordinate medication administration and ensure compliance with health needs.
Requirements: Valid driver's license and auto insurance, Home or renters' insurance. Ability to pass criminal, DMV, DCYF, and BEAS background checks. Your home must meet State Certification Requirements.
