Maggie Pitts is an actor, writer, director and choreographer originally from the Boston area. Over the past two decades, Maggie has worked professionally around the United States and United Kingdom performing in musicals, revues, solo vocal concerts and dance performances. She holds a Masters with Distinction in Musical Theater from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and has served on the theater faculty at Wagner College and Walnut Hill School for the Arts.
Annerin Productions produced Rain on Broadway, which ran for 12 weeks, and then played another 8 months at the Brooks Atkinson Theater. Rain has been a staple on Broadway touring subscriptions since that time. In 2012, Annerin Productions also produced Let it Be at the Princess of Wales in the West End. The show went on to have two runs at the West End’s Garrick Theatre, one run at the West End’s Savoy Theatre and continues to tour the UK, Japan and Germany. Annerin Productions also produced We Will Rock You, which recently toured for eight months in North America and had a hugely successful run at the Hula Theatre at Madison Square Garden. Under the umbrella of Annerin Productions, Annerin Theatricals is currently developing I Want to Know What Love Is, a new book musical featuring the music of Foreigner.
Stageworks Productions is an internal content development division designed to work with interested authors and underlying rights holders to create new copyrights of authors’ works with the goal of extending the life of copyrights and the value of their brand.
It’s no secret that The Beatles have left an indelible mark on music and culture, but “Let It Be” is about much more than just their iconic songs. In this production, we use their music as a vehicle to tell a larger story—a story of personal growth, conflict, and the challenges we faced as individuals and as a nation during the 1960s and 1970s. Through this lens, the familiar melodies become a backdrop to the experiences of a generation grappling with a changing world. The songs provide not only entertainment but also a reflection of the emotions and struggles that defined those decades.
What makes this performance even more special is the fact that every member of our cast lived through many of the events portrayed in this musical. These joyful moments and difficult moments will no doubt stir memories for both our cast and our audience. As you watch, we hope this connection resonates with you, creating a shared reflection on how far we’ve come and the remaining challenges.

Martha Bay (Ensemble)
I grew up in theater. My older siblings and mom were all involved in the local community theater. The first show I worked on was “Sound of Music.” I was in charge of makeup for the VonTrapp children; I was 12. While service in the U.S. Navy I participated in the community theater on the base in Japan. Shows included “Arsenic and Old Lace” (Elaine) and “Six Rooms, River View.” Moving to Kalamazoo in 1987, I worked backstage on “Music Man.” My now husband was working tech on the show; it was our first meeting. Shows I have either worked on or been in at the Kalamazoo include “Puddin’ and Pete” Piece of My Heart, Whose Life Is It Anyway, Catch Me If You Can, The Piano Lesson, World Goes Round, Tick Tick Boom, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Psycho Beach Party. I love being a part of the larger Civic theater family. My husband and I usually do at least 2 shows together each year since our children have grown up.

My two favorite roles have been the Monsignor in Sister Act (my wife Donna played the Mother Superior!) and also Henry Potter in It’s a Wonderful Life The Musical. I love playing roles of all kinds of folks, both good and evil as well. That’s why it’s called a play! When I’m not on stage, in real life I’m a Certified Lay Speaker in the United Methodist Church and have preached at West Michigan churches since 1993. When I’m not on stage (or in the pulpit), I’m a major “Motorhead” and have been collecting antique cars and street rods since the 70’s. I also collect antique radios and TV’s as well. Growing up in the Detroit area, I’m also a life-long fan of the Lions as well!
