Ever since I was little, I knew I loved music, painting, drawing, and anything that I could call mine. These activities weren't just hobbies for me; they were essential to my very being. They offered a way to express myself, to communicate feelings and ideas that words alone couldn't capture. As a child, I didn't realize that these passions could one day form the foundation of a fulfilling career. Now, as I look back on my journey, I am immensely thankful for my family's support, my professors' guidance, and the opportunities provided by the industry.
Being a creative is about more than just producing art. It's a way of perceiving the world, an intrinsic need to create and innovate. For me, it's about finding beauty in the everyday and transforming it into something unique and personal. This mindset permeates every aspect of my life, whether I'm at home, with friends, or working on a new project.
In my personal life, my creative instincts are always at play. I often find my mind wandering, seeking out moments of beauty and inspiration. Whether it's the melody of a favorite song, the vibrant colors of a cityscape, or the intricate designs in everyday objects, I am constantly observing, absorbing, and reflecting on the world around me. One of the most rewarding aspects of being a creative is the ability to share this perspective with others. The fonts used on a menu, the choice of colors in an advertisement, the design of everyday objects all of these elements captivate my attention. By paying attention to these details, I am constantly reminded of the myriad ways in which creativity
touches our lives. Often, I will speak about the design of something, and the person I’m with won’t recognize it until I point it out. It's in these moments that I realize how much my creative perspective shapes my perception of the world.
My love for DIY projects also plays a significant role in my creative journey. Whether it's refurbishing furniture, crafting home decor, or creating personalized gifts, these projects allow me to apply my artistic skills in practical and tangible ways. DIY projects are not only a form of self-expression but also a way to make my surroundings more personal and unique. They challenge me to think outside the box, to problem-solve, and to continually refine my craft.
I am fortunate that others seek out my creativity to make their ideas happen. Collaborating with others and helping bring their visions to life is an incredibly gratifying experience.
