Community

I used palms and traditional Andalusian textiles to pay homage to the bold city. There is a communal courtyard in the center of the hotel inspired by Seville's Alcazar Palace

Curvilinear Forms + Layering
The ceiling design represents layering in Flamenco fans and the dancer's flowing dresses
Rhythm
I chose materials that had dynamic movement like the sharp steps in Flamenco

Meredith Daley is a 52-year-old woman that has recently purchased the Helton Cottage to be closer to her three grown children. Ms. Daley lives alone with her two German Shepherds. She intends for Helton to be her forever home as she recently retired from travel nursing Meredith is an avid baker, and gardener and would love a craft room dedicated to knitting She would like her home to feel like a retreat. Her interest in Scandinavian design needs to be featured in the FF&E selection. Ms. Daley loves the color blue and asked for a mix of neutrals and pops of color. She is also a fan of printed wallpaper. During her years traveling for work, she has collected many artifacts she'd like incorporated into the design. Open-concept space planning would best suit Ms. Daley's lifestyle.
