It was a journey to get the May 2011 Issue completed; A wave of storms came through, better yet a Tornado or 2 or 3 or 4, and we were out of power for many days. Things are now getting back on track.

This Issue we are featuring The Get Green College City Tour Kick-off in Huntsville, AL, which was created by ArLinda Garrett to raise awareness on recycling and making the planet a safer, Greener, place to live. And of course we have photos of the damage done by the storms. We also have on deck our very own, Account Executive, “Slick” Shawn Williams, releasing his Single Track SuperBoo. In this drama, you‟ll fall in love with Mrs. Miller, Math Teacher at Jimbro High School and the Football Coach‟s Wife. Mrs. Miller aims to publicly admonish Benjamin Jay, Jimbro High‟s Football Star because she alleges he‟s committed punishable offences. Mrs. Miller sets out to prove BJ‟s “jock” status is working to his advantage, when in reality he‟s nothing more than an underachieving thug.

Angie is the only parent BJ knows, but unfortunately their strained relationship and her after hour‟s life makes her inaccessible during his time of need. Even Coach Ray is too busy straightening out his own affairs to pay attention to BJ slipping into drug abuse, relationship problems and failing grades. www.katwalkplanet.com

Angie is resentful though because her time to date has finally come, but she can‟t seem to go on a weekend getaway without having to be interrupted by BJ‟s foolishness, as she sees it.

Principal Louis Berry will appear in the Grand Cast in the Spring Musical. The musical is an effort to raise money for teachers, initiated by Berry and the Johnson High PTA. Ticket Proceeds will be used to buy school supplies.

One day Imani just knew she wanted to Model. Imani considers herself to be a High Fashion Model. If Imani had to choose between playing sports, hanging out with her friends or modeling she says with no question, “Modeling is it.”

The things Imani has in her Model Bag are: water, pictures, heels, make-up, lip gloss, one piece bathing suit, notepad, comb, lotion, mints and a pen to write with. Imani sees herself in New York and Paris Modeling within the next five years.

Imani says her most exciting experience in the Modeling Industry is being the first child model in Katwalk Planet. She also says that if she could give some advice to Models that are around her age the advice would be “It‟s a lot of hard work and if you want it you have to work for it”.

April 27, 2011, As I sat at my desk working as usual; I heard the loud sounds of the Tornado Warning Bells. The disadvantage to hearing the bells is once you hear them its too late to run for cover. Of course I did the things you are suppose to do such as get in the bathtub and pray. The house was shaking. The lights went out & all I could do was pray and shake. The day after was of course a beautiful day; the sky was clear, but there were sticks and trees where houses use to be. The entire county was out of power and was going to be for at least 10 days. After fueling up my brother and his family and I decided to go home, our parents home, to Mobile.

Along the way we saw the disaster path. We also listened to the News and there was very little said about Madison County, Alabama. After making it home and watching the News on television it was still the same. I wondered why the news channels did not have anything on about an entire county that was out of power? I witnessed this disaster first hand and of course have been given the opportunity to capture it on film to share with our viewers. I feel the news for this area should be shared with the world because there were many people who lost there homes and lives due to this natural disaster. Please keep these families in your prayers.
