At Kat Maus Haus, we celebrate the places that bring us joy, peace, and comfort through unique illustration and thoughtfully created products. Our digitally created illustrations are largely inspried by owner Kat Maus’s travels and explorations in New England.

We make every effort to source materials and choose production partners with care, taking into consideration production practices, quality of product, and location. Our art prints are printed in-house at our studio in Beverly, MA using archival inks and papers, and our postcards, stickers, greeting cards, and magnets are printed in the United States.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards. Please let us know if you’d prefer to pay by check before placing your order.

PAYMENT TERMS

We require that payment be received prior to shipment of your order. If you’d like to shop with Net 30 terms, please order from us via Faire.

CANCELLATIONS

Any changes to orders or cancellations must be made within 48 hours.

SHIPPING

If you are local to the Beverly, MA area, we will be happy to drop off your order at no additional charge. Orders $300+ will ship for free via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped via USPS by default.

If you’d prefer a different provider, please let us know. We will provide tracking information upon shipment. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship.

TURN-AROUND TIME

Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 14 days for your order to ship. If an item is out of stock, we will provide you with an estimated restocking date and offer you the option of shipping any in stock items separately.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

Returns: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted below.

Damages: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within five days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

All items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging this includes all boxed cards sets which may not be broken up and sold as individual cards.
