I decided on a Swedish massage, and was rewarded with the most relaxing massage I’ve ever received.

Hungry? The Spa at Norwich Inn has plenty to choose from. If you’re looking to grab a quick bite between spa services, try the light fare (think salads and shrimp cocktail) at the juice bar. You can also roll into Ascot’s Pub—robe and all—for a crispy fish sandwich or a burger. Staying overnight?

Breakfast and dinner is served at the more upscale Kensington’s, where you’ll send your taste buds on a vacation of their own.
