To Share the Warmth with our communities in need during the Thanksgiving season, SCCU is running a “Share the Warmth” campaign as a reminder to all members and employees to be thankful and gracious during the upcoming Holiday season. Members, employees, and honestly anyone else who wants to help someone in need, can bring in NEW winter items to help kids & adults without proper gear to stay warm this winter. Items will be donated to local non-profits in each community.
ITEMS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: WHERE IS THIS?:
All SCCU locations! - even at our Admin building. Orange boxes will be in the lobby with a sign so both employees & members know where to put their donations. Please talk about it with members!

TALKING POINTS:
• We’re collecting warm winter gear for local charities for the next two weeks! The drop off bin is right over there! (point)
• For thanksgiving we are giving back to the community by donating new winter outerwear to (insert local charity)! We’d love your support! Drop off your items and they will go directly to those in need!
• We are running a Share the Warmth campaign from November 1st-18th and will be collecting coats, socks, mittens, scarves, and hats! Drop them off and they will be distributed to those in need!
• We will be collecting coats, gloves, hats, and other winter gear till November 18!

No more paper forms or needing to send emails to the HR Dept. PLUS, you’ll be able to access ADP from any computer connected to WIFI as well as by an app on your phone or mobile device.

This includes time & attendance, so punching in and out. ADP makes clocking in and out a breeze and can be done easily on your computer! If you’re heading to another branch or service area theres no need to log into the server before heading out the door. Open the app and clock in!
Step 2: Other Modules
ADP is more than just payroll, this system will make the lives of the HR team a little easier and cut down the amount of different programs while ensuring the information of all employees is correct.
Step 3: All Systems Running
ADP isexpected to be fully implimented by the end of 2022!

Feed My People
Feed My People Food Bank (FMP) believes no one should go hungry. FMP partners with over 250 hunger-relief programs such as backpack meals for kids, food pantries, meal sites, and pop-up grocery distributions, in 14 west central Wisconsin counties. The food distributed helps supply groceries to 65,000 people annually. This translates into 5.5 million meals for kids, seniors, and families who are experiencing food insecurity. As a credit union, we reinvest our earnings back into the communities we serve. Each month we will feature a different non-profit organization, nominated by our members and employees, by awarding donations and celebrating the hard work they do. At the end of 2022, we will vote for 3 of the 11 non-profits and award the winners with a larger additional donation up to $10,000.

To celebrate the end of our Share the Warmth campaign and to just break up the chilliness of fall and winter we are having a soup and chili day at all of our locations! Bring in a crockpot full of your favorite homemade chili or soup to share with your building. This meeting is required for all employees to attend and will be held virtually.
