MERIDIAN ONLINE ACCOUNT

Online account applications can now be completed in as little as 7 minutes! This is helping break down the barrier of decision fatigue and the feeling of a never ending application. All transaction accounts (Primary, Secondary, Special, and Business) should be opened through the Meridian Link system. There are still a number of bugs that ML is actively working on. The biggest are listed below.
1. Online Agreements – They are not being created at this time. Please go into DNA to create the online banking access.

2. Business & HSA Debit Cards – There is still an error thus the agreements are not being created. Please follow normal procedure for creating an HSA and Business Debit Card.
3. MainStreet Check Ordering – This is a new piece that we are working with selected users on. Please follow your normal procedures for now, more info coming soon.
4. Fraud, OFAC, Debit – Automation has not been turned on, yet ��. Please manuall pull these inside the app for now.
