Rate Flex Promo

Starting June 12th through August 31st we will be running a Rate Flex promotion on our Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM). This is a great promotion for members who are scared by the seemingly high interest rates. It will allow those who apply for an ARM during the promotion period to lower their rate during their fixed rate period, they can cash in on the rate flex one time during this period. Think of it as a refinance without the fees!

What is an ARM?

ARM= Adjustable Rate Mortgage – Meaning the rate of the mortgage fluctuates based off the market. Rates on ARM’s start with a low fixed rate and the adjustments happen later in the term.

We offer 5/1, 7/1 & 10/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgages. An example of what that means is if a member opens a 5/1 ARM, their rate stays fixed for 5 years and once the 5 years is up, the rate can adjust to the market once a year.
