MANAGER 360 REVIEWS!

360 Review will help foster an environment of trust and open communication between a Team Member and their Direct Supervisor. These reviews will help with the old saying “We can’t fix a problem, if we don’t know about it.” Instead of a manager writing and conducting a review of their direct reports, Team Members will now be the ones reviewing their Direct Supervisor (yes, you are conducting a review of your boss.)

Monday July 3rd: All SCCU email introducing the review process

Friday July 14th: Team Members have their Manager 360 review completed

Friday July 28th: All in-person meetings completed
