Kirsten Nevin
Kirsten has single handedly operated the training team for the past 5 weeks. She not only has kept the wheels on the bus by facilitating all the scheduled training, she has also created new HELOC training, rolled out new report cards and processes, and answered my hundreds of questions. She has put in extra time on evenings and weekends to complete training for new team members and to learn more herself. Kirsten is patient and kind to every team member at SCCU and embodies the core values of Dare to Care and Drive Forward Momentum. It’s been so fun to watch her rise to the occasion, and I don’t think anyone is more deserving of Team Member of the Month!
