A Taste Of Mexico City
Located in Edificio Francia, one of Mexico City’s historic buildings, this restaurant is designed to reinvigorate the once occupied structure. The concept of the restaurant focuses on creating an evening retreat spot that serves elevated street food to its locals. The organization within the restaurant is ideal for guests who are searching for an exciting night out as well as for those who might opt for a more private and intimate fine dining experience.

This collection of work is pulled from various projects throughout my time at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Many of these models and graphics are from my earlier studies as a new design student. The next few pages show study models and elements from representation projects which inspired much of my later design.
