President’s Message

Hello fellow Southdown enthusiasts! It’s that time of year where we can start to see the success of our breeding programs. Did the new ram work, did the show ewe have a winner? Well, we will soon find out. Online sales have been selling extremely well and live sales will soon be starting. You won’t want to miss the National Southdown Sale, Ohio Showcase, or the Midwest Stud Ram Sale.

There will be a great selection of breeding stock to fit all your needs.

Our Junior shows will also be starting soon with the Spring Kickoff Show in Noblesville, Indiana, which is held in conjunction with the National Sale; the Southdown Classic in Richmond, Indiana; and the All –American Junior Show in Springfield, Massachusetts. Information on these events is on our website or Facebook page.

We will also be introducing new classes “Bred and Owned.”
