Membership Drive
The 2022 January Membership Drive was a monster success. 82 of you updated your CSBA membership in January. Your 2022 membership entered you in a drawing for the featured prize of a cordless power shear. 82 is 63% of the 2021 paid CSBA memberships! Thank you, members! A HUGE THANK YOU goes to the anonymous CSBA member who donated the cordless shears. This was a spectacular contribution which kicked off the CSBA year! The CSBA is especially appreciative for your generosity. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Cortney Copeland is the lucky, lucky winner of the cordless shears! We know Cortney will put the shears to good use as she gets ready for the 2022 show season. Cortney shared this thank you. Other prize winners were LG Columbias - a christened name in the CSBA registry; Hailey Rose - a Columbia logo beanie; and Big Walnut Columbias (Neil Knapp) - a website sponsorship. The Promotion-Membership Committee organized and promoted the drive. Committee members Laura Troxel and Sara Hildebrandt, of Sister Act Creative, used their ingenuity to produce and air the series of promotional videos on Facebook and Instagram. Thanks, Laura and Sara, for your fun slant on the membership drive.

Sponsored by Commercial-Production Committee The Certified Columbia Ram program was initiated in 2017 to encourage breed improvement in economically important, heritable traits of gain, fleece quality, and carcass quality.
