10 Activated Charcoal Drink Recipes

Activated charcoal has become quite popular in the beauty and health world. Lemonade For detoxifying the body and preventing hangovers make this lemonade. You will need 1-liter mineral water, juice of 2 to 3 lemons, 1 tablespoon activated charcoal and 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup. Now mix all the ingredients and shake it well. Now drink it on empty stomach.

Black lava ice cream Take 4 ripe bananas, 6 almond ice cubes, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, 1 tablespoon of activated coconut charcoal, 1/4th cup of coconut milk. Blend all the ingredients together in a juicer and take 2 to 3 scoops in a cup and freeze it. Rest you can keep in the fridge. You can mix the one in the freezer with the other you kept in the fridge. It will taste like ice cream.

Smoothie Take ½ cup coconut water, ½ cup coconut milk, 1 cup pineapple, 2 frozen bananas, some ice and 1 tablespoon activated charcoal. If you have baby kale then you can add ½ cup of it. Blend it to make a smoothie and enjoy the drink.

Orange Ginger Juice Take 2 full oranges, few pieces of apples, the small piece of ginger and a tablespoon of activated charcoal. Blend it well and add some water if needed. This detoxifying juice is yummy and great for cleansing.

Charcoal tea: Take some ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom. Put it in a saucepan containing fresh water and boil. Let the water boil for a few minutes and then turn the gas off.

Strain the water in a cup. Keep it aside.

Now take some sea salt, 1 teaspoon activated charcoal and 1 teaspoon honey.

Blend it in a mixer. Take this mixture and add it to the strained cup of water. Drink this soothing cup of tea on an empty stomach.

Cocktail 1: Midnight beach Rumtini Stir 3/4th ounces of simple syrup with half a capsule of activated charcoal. Make sure the powder is dissolved completely. Add this to a shaker with ice. Take 2 ounces of coconut rum, half an ounce of white rum, 1 and a half-ounce of pineapple juice and squeeze some fresh lemon juice in it. Add this to the shaker as well. Now shake it well and strain it in a martini glass.

Garnish it with some pieces of pineapple and tropical flower.

Cocktail 2: Tequila Moonrise Take two teaspoons of grenadine and half capsule of activated charcoal. Let the powder dissolve completely in it. Take 2 ounces of fresh orange juice and gold tequila. Add it to a shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain it. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

Cocktail 3: Dark Side Shandy Take a half capsule of charcoal and put that in half a cup of fresh lemonade. Let it dissolve. Now pour it in a tall glass and add one can of light blonde beer to it.

Garnish with a lemon slice and drink it.

Cocktail 4: Death in a Paradise Mix a ½ charcoal capsule with passion fruit syrup. Pour this in an ice-filled shaker and 3 ounces of white tea, 1 ounce of pomegranate juice, 2 basil leaves, 1 and a half-ounce of fresh grapefruit juice and 1 ounce of vodka. Shake it properly and then strain it in a glass full of ice. You can garnish with grapefruit

Cocktail 5: Ebony Ink Take one and a half-ounce of bourbon and single malt whiskey. Now add a ½ capsule of activated charcoal so it dissolves completely. Squeeze fresh lime and add some ice. Shake it well and strain it in a glass full of ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.
