About Beach Properties of Florida

Founded in 2007 as a small boutique real estate company, Beach Properties has flourished into one of Northwest Florida’s powerhouse real estate agencies. Veteran real estate professionals and South Walton residents Hunter Harman, Price Rainer and John David Sullivan, created Beach Properties of Florida after having collaborated on other projects. With the combined knowledge and love for the area, the team set out to build a company unlike many others. The desire to create a world class real estate company that provides exceptional service to its clients has set Beach Properties of Florida apart from other agencies from day one.

With surroundings as beautiful as ours, it is obvious to us the importance of environmental sustainability. The sea turtle on our logo pays homage to that fact. Just as the sea turtle returns to our area to nest every year between May and the end of October, thousands of guests and homeowners return to this charming area that we call home.
