Celebrating the end of the 22/23 Football Season

Saturday 8th July was the Stones Athletic Youth Football Club Awards held on Ingatestone’s Seymour Field.

The club has a total of 210 players registered, with an age range of U4’s up to U18’s. These players are split across 18 squads, which includes: a Saturday club (4–6-year-olds), 3 girls’ teams and then teams ranging from U6’s through to U18’s. It looked as if all the players were there on Saturday, sitting patiently through the rain as Nick Holmes and his fellow managers handed out the awards.

There was also food, drinks, ice creams, sweets, hot dogs, bouncy castles, football, (for the parents a bar) and it looked as if everyone had a great time!
