MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

MISSION

Kaskaskia College is committed to lifelong student learning and to providing quality comprehensive education.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN

KASKASKIA COLLEGE!

KC is a vibrant and supportive community college known for its strong focus on student success. Students come to KC from all walks of life to pursue their academic passion, to prepare for a specific career, or transfer to a four-year college.

Kaskaskia College aspires to be an institution of “first choice” for its district citizens and is dedicated to providing the highest level of student-centered educational experiences with an unshakeable focus on student success. In collaboration with its community and supported by an effective foundation, Kaskaskia will be a premier institution of higher education, a regional workforce training institution, and a regional center for intellectual, cultural, and social events.

VISION VALUES

At KC, we know your name. Our campus culture is close enough to ensure the “personal touch” that our students deserve, and large enough to provide the resources they need to succeed. With small class sizes, we ensure that students get the one-on-one time they need with their professors and provide opportunities to engage with other students, whether in the classroom or online, or a combination of both. Our faculty provide high-quality, supportive instruction. They challenge students to achieve greatness.

Our number one priority is student success. KC provides an array of student support services, from academic advising and tutoring, to job placement and transfer services. The college’s admissions and financial aid teams help students navigate the application process and secure financial assistance. Our various student organizations provide students numerous opportunities to become involved in campus life and interact with faculty outside of the classroom. KC embraces its mission by providing an innovative learning environment that will provide opportunities to explore your academic options, discover your strengths, choose a path, and prepare yourself for your future.

KC is the perfect place to start your college journey!
