EMBROIDERY INFORMATION
We offer embroidery on a wide range of our products. We collaborate with a skilled third-party embroiderer who has been working with Kashwére for over a decade. His extensive experience ensures a deep understanding of our products and exceptional embroidery craftsmanship. The results are stunning!
Details:
• Set Up Fee: A one-time fee, the cost varies based on the logo size and details. Starting at $65 and up.
• Minimum Quantities: No minimum quantity for embroidery. The pricing is contingent on the quantity of embroidery needed. Starting at $12–$15 per embroidered item, the cost decreases with higher quantities.
• Lead Time: Estimated at 2-3 weeks after approval process, subject to variation based on the order quantity.
• Thread Color Change Fee: A fee of $10 per color change, post approval.
• Embroiderer Shipping and Handling Fee: $4 per box
• Physical Embroidered Sample: $25
If you're interested in placing an order with embroidery, please provide the following information below. We will then create a digital mock-up to showcase how the embroidery will appear on the item:
• In Hand Date
• Logo in a PDF file with Adobe Illustrator editing capabilities
• Placement of the logo on the item
• Size of the Logo (Our embroiderer can also recommend the optimal size based on the intricacy of the logo as well as the item being embroidered.)
• Color(s) of the logo
NOTE: A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the virtual sample to proceed. The remaining balance is due before the final embroidered items are shipped. Please be aware that embroidered products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Taxes, duties and shipping are not included in the estimated price of the embroidery quote and will be charged separately. Additional charges may be incurred for rushed projects.
