2-Storey Commercial Building
Total Floor Area: 1,000 sq. m.
Implemented BIM Scope during design & construction phase of the project. Construction commenced on 2019 and finished on 2021. The building can host retail stores and hotel accommodation. It also features a convenience store and a huge function hall.
The implementation of BIM for this project resulted in less errors in construction works, accurate material takeoffs, and successful relay of relevant building information. All the models of different trades are coordinated with professional engineers and architects.
The building is successfully in operation to this day.

Implemented BIM Scope during design & construction phase of the project. This building is intended for a large-scale housing subdivision project in Damilag, Bukidnon. The design features 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a carport.
Autodesk Revit was used for the production of the construction documentation of the building, and Civil 3D for the land development of the subdivision lot.

As a resource BIM Specialist/Technician, I have been assigned to this project since May 2022 up to present. Concrete Structure Mdelling of structures - includes mat slab foundations, retaining walls, concrete beams, concrete columns, piles, pile caps, structural slabs, concrete staircases, core walls, and MEP provision openings. Authored mostly in Autodesk Revit, while utilizing Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud for seamless coordination and single source of truth across the lifespan of the building asset.
The museum comprises a total of 42,000 sq.m. of museum space and is divided into separate zones and building areas.. 12,000 sq,m. of these are allocated for exhibition areas.
The Guggenheim Museum in Abu Dhabi is currently under construction. Works started late 2021 and is expected to complete by end of 2025 or early 2026.

Landscaping & Civil Works Technical Documentation
I have also been assigned to modelling the landscape and civil works discipline of Guggenheim - Abu Dhabi. This includes hardscaping works, earthworks, landscape mounds, roadways, and stormwater manholes.
Production of the drawings are authored in Autodesk Revit. While topography of the hardscapes/landscape mounds are made through Civil 3D by points-file data creation, then importing the points-data file back to Revit.
Modelling of these trades have been coordinated with other subcontractor trades such as Facade, Architecture, Structural, & MEP.

Marine Work Quay Wall Technical Documentation
The Guggenheim Museumn also features marine work breakwaters and quay walls. As shown on the right figure, the quay wall will be constructed alongside a parking lot behind it.
The quay wall blocks are modelled individually in order to schedule the different sizes, material takeoff, volume, and quantities. They are modelled through use of families and conventional Revit functionalities.
