A dónde se van los besos, las caricias, los deseos cuando se sigue con sed, cuando el alma grita por un susurro al oído, por palpar la vida, aún la muerte aceche.

A donde se van las sonrisas coquetas cuando se cubre la cara y la música del abrazo queda entrecortada.

Dónde se guarda la adrenalina que desfogada despierta los vellos y los electrifica, que nos sacia de fluidos y nos abre las pupilas de detrás de la pantalla. A dónde se van las cosquillas y los atardeceres, las noches estrelladas con luna en este mundo neurótico, caótico...

A donde ha ido todo en esta náusea... dónde hemos guardado los pájaros, dónde las flores, donde tu aroma y el viento moviendo nuestras prendas...

No hay virtualidad que nos sacie, no hay realidad que no nos deje buscando la primavera...

Where do the flirtatious smiles go when she covers her face and the music of the hug is interrupted. Where is the adrenaline stored, which wakes up the hairs and electrifies them, which fills us with fluids and opens our pupils behind the screen. Where do the tickles and sunsets go, the starry nights with the moon in this neurotic, chaotic world ...

Where has everything gone in this nausea ... where we have kept the birds, where the flowers, where your aroma and the wind moving our clothes ...

There is no virtuality that satisfies us, there is no reality that does not leave us looking for spring ...

Motivación de obra.

EN BUSCA DE LA PRIMAVERA surge justo al inicio del confinamiento de la pandemia de coronavirus. Antes de ello había estado trabajando durante dos años la serie EL BESO, prácticamente una Oda a lo que me parece una de las mas honestas manifestaciones del amor y el deseo, la mas impulsiva y limpia pulsión afectiva que uno muestra y recibe, siendo el amor lo que nos motiva a actuar, enmarcado en mucho en mi interés por analizar las variedades y posibilidades que tenemos los seres humanos para relacionarnos. Así que sobre esa línea, justo terminando la serie del Beso viene el confinamiento, lo cual resultó un ruido a disco rayado, pues naturalmente nuevos planteamientos en torno a las relaciones surgieron, era como si de repente se clausurara la manera como sabemos entregar afecto, y empezamos a temer el contacto físico. Todo esto aunado a la presencia mas intensa de la muerte, la desesperación, la impotencia, y lo virtual. Durante el confinamiento mucha gente había llevado discusiones filosóficas a sus hogares, me emocionó, en aquel momento pensé que frente a las múltiples crisis que se desplegaban podíamos reflexionar y dar nuevas respuestas. En muchas voces se hablaba de cuestionantes de la vida en que pensar, siendo una sociedad tan inmersa en la vorágine donde al parecer había poco tiempo para pensar y mucho para llenarse de ruido en ese modus vivendi encuadrado por el consumo. Así que los temas clásicos como la muerte, la libertad, el miedo, el cuidado, el amor, la educación, el ocio, el trabajo, las formas de control político, el problema de la verdad o el lugar de las ciencias en la sociedad, formaban parte del interés de muchos.

Es así que me sumergí en este proceso que implica la creación de la obra que corresponde a esta serie, descubriendo mas variantes y personajes que finalmente son a quienes observo en mi realidad.

Es entonces que surge esta serie echando un vistazo a como todo este temblor de la pandemia y nuestra postura frente a ella iba afectando nuestra dinámica social y afectiva, siendo uno de los pilares motor a nuestras acciones y decisiones. El como de cara a la incapacidad de enfrentar situaciones difíciles donde nos sentimos rebasados, que nos cambian nuestra rutina y esquemas prestablecidos, que implican inteligencia y creatividad para establecer nuevas estructuras y formatos de comportamiento. A lo largo del desarrollo de la serie, en donde la empecé ya hace poco mas de un año he ido asombrándome de las resoluciones que vamos dando, contrariamente a lo que pensé al inicio, la realidad parece deteriorarse cada día un poco mas. Pasan muchas cosas nefastas, como si el empuje a recargarnos con mayor intensidad en el uso de la tecnología, nos diera como consecuencia un apagón mundial del raciocinio, como si frente a la apertura de información y herramientas avanzadas fuera necesaria una fuerza en detrimento. Entonces nos enfrentamos a un corto circuito frente a la crisis económica mal resuelta, el descredito a valores como la democracia, el respeto, la empatía, y referentes sociales tradicionales, la incertidumbre y con todo ello el incremento del consumo continua. La respuesta, lejos de ser reflexiva como lo pensaba hace un año, es cada vez mas de no pensar, y refugiarse en la simpleza de dogmas y teorías mágicas, irracionales, sin sentido. Sin embargo no dejamos de necesitar sentirnos felices, saciar deseos y afectos profundos, con el sueño de ser plenos, de vivir en paraísos y primaveras, no hemos dejado esas raíces que nos dan la particularidad de lo humano, buscando, como si tuviéramos las frutas sobre la mesa, con la libertad de tomar una, comerla y beber su jugo, pero decidiendo todavía solo mirarla y seguir como si nada pasara.. hasta el último personaje, ¿Qué hay de ti?...

Motivation of work.

LOOKING FOR SPRING arises just at the beginning of the confinement of the coronavirus pandemic. Before that, I had been working on the series THE KISS for two years, practically an Ode to what seems to me to be one of the most honest manifestations of love and desire, the most impulsive and clean affective drive that one shows and receives, being love what motivates us to act, framed in much of my interest in analyzing the varieties and possibilities that human beings have to relate to each other. So on that line, just ending the series of the Kiss comes confinement, which was a noise like a broken record, because naturally new approaches to relationships arose, it was as if the way we know how to deliver affection was suddenly closed, and we begin to fear physical contact. All this coupled with the most intense presence of death, despair, helplessness, and the virtual. During the confinement, many people had brought philosophical discussions to their homes, it moved me, at that moment I thought that in the face of the multiple crises that were unfolding we could reflect and give new answers. In many voices they spoke of questions about the life to think about, being a society so immersed in the maelstrom where apparently there was little time to think and much to fill with noise in that modus vivendi framed by consumption. So the classic themes like death, freedom, fear, care, love, education, leisure, work, forms of political control, the problem of truth or the place of science in society , were part of the interest of many.

This is how I immersed myself in this process that involves the creation of the work that corresponds to this series, discovering more variants and characters that are finally the ones I observe in my reality.

It is then that this series arises, taking a look at how all this trembling of the pandemic and our position in front of it was affecting our social and affective dynamics, being one of the driving pillars of our actions and decisions. The as in the face of the inability to face difficult situations where we feel overwhelmed, which change our routine and pre-established schemes, which involve intelligence and creativity to establish new structures and behavioral formats. Throughout the development of the series, where I started it a little more than a year ago, I have been amazed at the resolutions that we are giving, contrary to what I thought at the beginning, reality seems to deteriorate a little more every day. Many disastrous things happen, as if the push to recharge ourselves with greater intensity in the use of technology, resulted in a global blackout of reason, as if a detrimental force were necessary in the face of the opening of information and advanced tools. So we are faced with a short circuit in the face of the poorly resolved economic crisis, the discrediting of values ​such as democracy, respect, empathy, and traditional social references, uncertainty and with all this the continuous increase in consumption. The answer, far from being reflective as I thought a year ago, is more and more not to think, and to take refuge in the simplicity of magical, irrational, meaningless dogmas and theories. However, we do not stop needing to feel happy, satisfy deep desires and affections, with the dream of being full, of living in paradises and springs, we have not left those roots that give us the particularity of the human, searching, as if we had fruits on the table, with the freedom to take one, eat it and drink its juice, but still deciding to just look at it and continue as if nothing happened ... until the last character, what about you?...

Información y contacto / Information and contact.

Zacatecas, México 1980.

Mexicana, nacida en 1980. Cursa sus estudios en la ciudad de Zacatecas. Ingresa a la Universidad en 1998. Abandona los estudios de administración en 2002 dedicándose tiempo completo a la pintura, nutriéndose a través de clases, talleres, cursos, congresos, pláticas y lecturas como prólogo a la sensibilización artística y desarrollo en su creatividad estética desarrollando en su evolución pictórica un carácter inminentemente autodidacta. A lo largo de todo este tiempo ha expuesto su trabajo en diversos foros (Galerías de arte, Museos, Instituciones diplomáticas y gubernamentales) en la ciudad de Zacatecas, Mérida, Querétaro, Ciudad de México, Colima, Puerto Vallarta, Sinaloa y la ciudad de Guanajuato en México, así como en A Coruña, Valladolid y Madrid en España, Paris, Francia y Lisboa, Portugal. Ha colaborado en trabajo de gestión cultural y de difusión, montaje y organización de eventos culturales. Desde 2011 hasta la fecha dedica mucho de su esfuerzo a la enseñanza de las artes plásticas en el área de dibujo y pintura para adolescentes y adultos y sensibilización artística para niños en Tuna Artes plásticas en Bucerías, Nay. dónde actualmente radica, ademas de su propia producción y trabajo de experimentación.
