The elegant restaurant might look small as you enter but don't be fooled; it offers two private dining rooms - First & Oak Dining Room and The Fireside Room, to accommodate up to 40 people.

In contrast to many restaurants that only offer a prix-fixe menu, First & Oak encourages you to create your own tasting menu, giving you the freedom to taste multiple courses while not being restricted by an appetizer and entree format. The restaurant believes wine to be a soul mate to an incredible meal; hence their wine is sourced by their experienced sommelier to pair with their delicious cuisine. The experienced staff also suggests wine pairings to your meals for the ultimate dining experience.

Food is prepared when ordered and is made to your taste. The restaurant works with local ranches and fishmongers to source fresh and organic produce each day to create incredible meals for guests.

For a delicious appetizer, the chef highly recommends the Brussel Sprouts seasoned with Honey, Manchego, Sherry Vinegar, Aleppo Pepper, or if you are in the mood for something exotic, you can try Roasted Cauliflower that comes with Truffle & Chive Vinaigrette, Crisp Quinoa, Almonds, Golden Raisins.

You must try the Risotto with Roasted Sunchoke and Crisp Jerusalem Artichoke if you love Italian food.

The Wagyu Tenderloin is also highly recommended.

And don't skip dessert – the options are delectable and exotic. Try the delicious Susan's Wine Cake, which comes with a Red Wine Poached Pear, Crème Anglaise, Spiced Granola – ensuring that your sweet tooth is incited and satisfied.
