At First & Oak, the menu is divided into four sections: garden, ocean, farm, and ‘to finish.’ Every section contains a carefully picked selection of small plates and ensures a well-rounded dining experience. Being in Santa Ynez Valley gives us access to some of the most amazing products in the central coast, and we like to source from small farms that share our passion, too. Our dishes use sustainable seafood and meat from local fishmongers and ranches.
