Custom millwork at entry, kitchen, and bedroom

This penthouse renovation mixed existing with new design elements. Ann Chapin Studio added a slatted wall at the entry to better deliniate the space from the living area, added custom white oak and fluted glass uppercabinets and shelf in the kitchen, designed a custom headboard piece for the primary bedroom, 2 bathroom and powder room updates, and furniture and fixtures throughout.

Responsibilities: Overseeing the project from conception to purchasing to completion, producing construction drawings, presentations & graphics. Designing and producing shop drawings for custom millwork. In conjunction with 3rd party furniture, hardware, and finish selections. Upper cabinet detail section
