The first three years of life has the most rapid period of brain development and neuroscience tells us that it is attachment built through relationship that fuels the young brain. This program will provide practical, everyday activities and strategies you can use at home to help build a strong and healthy attachment with your child Parents will spend the first hour in a group setting while their child is being cared for and the children will join in for the last half hour!

Children will have the opportunity to attend Friendship Factory or Let's Move! while parents are in growing together

Conversation Cafe for Caregivers

Connect with other parents and caregivers over a cup of coffee or tea. Discover commonalities and build friendships in this welcoming and safe space. Our facilitator will gently guide a conversation on subjects that often affect parents and caregivers

Children will have the opportunity to attend Bright Minds Adventures or Little Leaders while parents are in Conversation Cafe for Caregivers
