In 2025, we redesigned our service delivery model—shifting from a centralized approach to a neighbourhood-based outreach model, now delivering programs across 16 community locations throughout northeast Edmonton. This shift has significantly increased accessibility for families and strengthened our presence in the community. As we continue to grow, strong governance—particularly in financial stewardship—is critical to ensuring sustainability, accountability, and long-term impact.
