The primary hose is the heart of the system. It is the main transport line that carries the bulk mixture of seed and fertilizer to the distribution manifold. The primary hose experiences extreme abrasions and if damaged impacts the entire machine, making it the most important hose within any air seeder system.

PVC BEYOND
A NEW STANDARD FOR AIRFLOW
Air Seeding is high-velocity fertilizer and seed acting like a continuous sandblaster inside the hose. PVC fights that environment and eventually wears out. Polyurethane has superior abrasion resistance compared to PVC and rubber, remaining flexible in cold spring conditions.
flexFLO™ U 190 features a full polyurethane tube made with proprietary hydrostabilizer formulation. Combined with its advanced polymer helix design, the U 190 result is longer service life, and less downtime in the middle of planting. It is built for the job, not just priced for it.

Field testing over 9,000 acres proved the difference a purpose-built hose makes. The smooth inner wall delivered 10% higher airflow, allowing urea fertilizer and seed rates to match agronomist variable-rate maps with greater accuracy.
At the same time, the hydro-stabilized polyurethane maintained wear life better than competitive hoses, even in damp conditions and high variable rates up to 450 lbs per acre. The result is a balanced hose: precise delivery, simple handling, and durability built for real planting conditions.
